LTB 634/16 - TARIFF INCREASE – QUADRANT CATERING

TARIFF INCREASE – QUADRANT CATERING
Dear Colleagues

The department were recently made aware from the field of a change in the Quadrant tariff, which unusually we had not received any prior notification of from the business.

We have now clarified the position with the business and they have provided us with details of the tariff changes that have recently taken place.

Branches should note that the Union does not set or endorse the change in tariff.

Colleagues will be aware that Quadrant has not increased their tariff since February 2014. The attached outlines that they have introduced a 2% increase based on overall sales mix, in order to reduce impact on the number of lines increased and that the tariff process has been used to align main meal dishes into easily identifiable price points for customers.

They have also pointed out that prices on meal bundle offers have been held.

I wouldn't pay their prices anyway. £1.50 for a bottle of pop out the machine!

40p for a tiny cup of tea or coffee.... 12p for a cup where my mate works. I make my own.

Rip off prices without the increase, it's about time we got rid of them

Hot Food? We have 2 drinks machines (Hot & Cold) and a snack vending machine (Crisps/Chocolate).
