Final price for 1st day sales
I agree with that. But to not even tell people they are able to sell them. If they aren't worried about us all selling them why not tell us.

Final price for 1st day sales
We have known all the details about the free shares including when we can sell, etc since September 2013, and it’s been done to death on these forums. Why does anyone need to be told again?

I'm told by our union rep, you pay T&NI on the price we got them at (3.30p) not the price you sell them at.tragictramp wrote:Just called the shares hotline and the price they sold at yesterday were 4.869973, so multiply this by your amount of shares, then deduct 32%.

Oh for Gods sake! That’s something else we’ve known for 3 years!!!!!!!!!!dunnda11 wrote:I'm told by our union rep, you pay T&NI on the price we got them at (3.30p) not the price you sell them at.tragictramp wrote:Just called the shares hotline and the price they sold at yesterday were 4.869973, so multiply this by your amount of shares, then deduct 32%.
Your union rep is wrong, the allocation price of the first batch was £4.89 and we pay tax & NI on the lower of the market price when allocated or the market price when sold(or removed from SIP).
