Good to have a voice outside of work, as if they take any notice anyway.
Well I've worked here for nearly 30years and boy has it changed. Thought it was bad back in the 80's but it was great when you consider what we have now. I am now one of the forgotten few the LA grade and I think that we get treated even worse than all the posties, we are always overlooked , whether it be pay (as proven with the current round of pay talks) or or promotion, overtime etc The only time they pay us attention is when they need to save money, they get rid of 2 of us and give the work to a manager. Save money quick get rid of all admin managers, no make that all managers !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Old LA ahhh,, The meat between the sandwich.. I knew a LA that went Postie because of the amount of shite he was recieving in E.London M.C. Now that must be bad!!! It could be interesting to hear your views as the LA's hear a few whispers about the offices Or did... RM are attacking anybody that moves.. It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
