How are the shares paid out?

So been browsing through the topics and there seems to be some confusion on how we receive the money from our shares? Either that or I missed the information somewhere?

Is it through our banks like dividends or does it go into our payslip? Thanks in advance!

My first thought was banks like the dividends. But selling them now would mean a deduction in tax and NI so I would assume wages?!

They will be paid into your wages.so tax and N.I will be paid...I rang them today asking how it's being paid. you can sell them over the phone and will be put into your wages by Friday..

If there no sold you won't get it any Friday.sell them on Monday.I would expect them to be in next Friday.or the Friday after.

This process can take up to four working days. If you do not want to wait for your activation code, you can also sell your Free Shares using the free automated telephone service You can sell your SIP 2013 Free Shares using the free automated telephone service, which is available 24 hours a day. Call 0800 012 12 13 and follow the instructions. When you call you will need your date of birth and your employee number, shown as your pay number, which you can find on your payslip. At the end of the call you will need to make a note of your reference number. You will need this if you have any questions and need to contact Equiniti. Remember: if you make a request to sell all or some of your SIP 2013 Free Shares during the first week you are able to (Saturday 15 October to Sunday 23 October 2016), you will only be told the share price at which your shares have been sold for after they have been sold.

Me: Thanks. Do Equiniti pay this directly into your bank account or will it be through RM payroll as I know Tax & NI is payable on them.

When you sell Free Shares that you need to pay income tax and National Insurance on, the proceeds (cash) from selling the shares will be sent to our payroll department, who will deduct the income tax and National Insurance that is due. You will receive the money left from the sale, after you have paid income tax and National Insurance, in your pay.

You have already explained they will be paid next friday

Definitely won't be before 4th November, all shares being sold between 15th and 24th are being sold in bulk, it then takes a few days to cross the i's and dot the t's, they then send them to your wage department. What I was told when I rang equiniti, so I'd be very surprised if we saw the money before 4th November, maybe later!

Taxable proceeds – Net proceeds from taxable sales (after deduction of income tax, National Insurance Contributions and the dealing fee) will be paid to your salary bank account by your payroll department. If the sale proceeds reach your payroll department after the payroll cut-off date, you will receive your proceeds through your payroll within 2 to 3 weeks of the sale. This may take longer for monthly paid colleagues depending on when you sell your shares within the payroll cycle.

Im thinking they may be processed much quicker with reports of very little interest in selling of the shares than expected.

so...when I sell them I get the price of the share that day.?not whenever they deside to sell them off in a block sale.?

I will be selling them tomorrow.depending that the shares don't drop alot of price.
