How exactly you do sell the shares when there available and how long will it take before the money's in the bank anyone know this cheers .

As the date gets closer, more and more are asking how you actually sell your allocation of free shares, no one seems to have the answer.

Also, if someone resigns their position after October 15th, are their first allocation of shares protected ?

Each share allocation we've had in bits become technically ours, three years from the date they were given.

Until the one week's notice expires, any share allocations that happen while still employed by RM are yours to take away.

Any shares sold two years after they technically become yours (so 5 years from initial batch given to you in a "SIP"), I believe are subject to Income Tax and National Insurance. 5 years from the original allocation date, you can sell without losing ~32% of the sale price.
