Am i wrong but should you just get paid for the hours you work ???

No youre right,but its HOW,WHERE AND WHEN you work those hours that bothers me and most CWU members.

Grand idea - I do that out of principle anyway. But when senior management bring it in as an incentive to get the work done, and then use it as a bullying tactic during Industrial Action, then that's a bit much.

Yes, they do indeed get paid for the hours they work, plus they get paid for hours they don't work as well.
