How many shares do we actually have

I will have been giving the full allocation of the shares , just wondered how many we actually have any info would be great , also if you leans the buisness after the 3 years do you have to sell them or can you keep them until you decide to sell them ? Cheers

Full timers will have got 832 shares in 3 separate allocations.

Okay thanks for that so the 3 allocations what are they ,and Can you sell them all in October ?

As has been mentioned on other threads the earliest you can sell your first batch of 613 shares is 15th October 2016, the 2nd batch of 116 on 9th April 2017 and the 3rd lot of 103 is on 5th October 2018. Add another two years onto each date if you don’t want to pay tax and NI.
