Sick pay affect on last year of pension

Advice needed please.
I am 60 in Nov any can retire, but could be on half pay for a couple of months prior to this.How will this affect my final salary calculation.

In April 2014 there were changes made to the pension which meant that it was delinked from pay, so it now just goes up with inflation each year.
Before these changes I think they calculated it using the best 3 years from the previous 10, or something similar.
Either way I don’t think you should notice any difference if you’re on half pay, but I would contact the pensions centre and ask to be sure.

Although you probably will notice a small drop in the amount of CSDB pension you get.
