If you are in ill health and In pension plan c.does the 34 week pay plus pilon still apply for ihr. 16 yr service

Unless something has changed then yes you will get 34 weeks pay plus PILON.

And any idea of what the payment would be. Monthly take home pay is approx 1400

Depends if you have accrued enough. Your get a years leave based on the assumption that you will be there for the full year. If you leave before the year is up, you are not entitled to a full years leave. It's roughly 2.5 days leave earned per month.
