Hi - what a great web site. Now I can read whats really going on in other offices!! I have worked for RM for nearly
20 years and I have never felt so frustrated. I voted yes to the strike and supported it. The office is in a mess. The standard of the management is poor poor poor!!! They backtrack, they make individual deals with posites which
causes animosity. They seem not to be interested in running the office - they just let it tick over. The office had problems before the strike - now they are escalating. We have some that are working as they should - coming in on time - not taking their cars - weighing their pouches - then we have the idiots that are STILL coming in early, still taking their cars and still running round doing OT in their duty time. When are they going to learn - if we had managers with brains they would get them to do the OT in there normal hours of attendance.!! When are the managers going to learn that senior managment dont give a monkeys. They are so far removed from whats going on at the ground level. When managers have days off - there is no cover for them. What does that tell them about their own jobs.!!!!

Image Brilliant first post. :Applause :Applause :Applause . When will they learn, when its too late and flexibility is in and they have to do other duties, basically unpaid. Mind you that's not guaranteed as they do give royal mail unpaid overtime and save on the businesses fuel costs. :d'oh! :so there
