Was hearing at work a few weeks back that they would be issued at the end of the financial year next month.
failing that I finish at the end of August.would like them before that. any inside info on when we may get them?

The important bit being:
3.2 The Government’s intention is to dispose of shares to Royal Mail by March this year, thereby meeting the commitment made by the Chancellor in June 2015 to dispose of all of the Government’s remaining shareholding in this financial year. The shares will be held in trust and then awarded to employees during 2016.
There has been no announcements yet as to when we will actually receive them.
