IHR AND PENSION
I am 60 soon, will have had 31 years service by then, if I get ihr, will I also be able to take my pension out as well. Is the ihr payment £18,000 across the board now regardless of age or service time. Thanks guys

As far as I know IHR is still 34 weeks pay plus a maximum of 12 weeks PILON depending of length of service. So how much you get will depend on how much you earn(basic pay, not OT).IS THE IHR PAYMENT £18,000 ACROSS THE BOARD NOW REGARDLESS OF AGE OR SERVICE TIME. THANKS GUYS
