Reduced hours and shares

If I change my contract and reduce my hours, does anyone know what happens to my free shares? Once they're allocated are they yours until you sell them or can the company take them back on a pro rata basis?

I haven't heard anything about shares being reallocated from all the people who must've been bought down over the last 3 years so I'm assuming I'd keep keep them.

Yes , your shares already allocated to you don't reduce, but you'd obviously get a pro rata allocation if they give out any more in future.
