Hi,
I have been in 40 yrs,and am due my 2nd hip replacementin March.I am 60 in Nov would I be candidate for IHR and is it best option.Was considering going Dec anyway.

In essence anyone is a candidate for IHR but you normally have to be assessed by OH Assist and have Royal Mail agreement. What have OH Assist said.wp wrote:Hi,

not contacted anyone as yet my operation is in March.But my line manager suggested it might be an option.But so might EVR if it's, offered:-/
