As long as you're a "good leaver" then you retain the shares and will be notified when you've left as to how many share you have and if you want to sell them.sophie97 wrote:Potentially changing job in next couple of weeks. I understand if you do that you lose your shares?

To make it clear resigning, unless retiring does not count as a "good leaver". Only retiring or being made redundant count IIRC.dvbuk55 wrote:As long as you're a "good leaver" then you retain the shares and will be notified when you've left as to how many share you have and if you want to sell them.sophie97 wrote:Potentially changing job in next couple of weeks. And if you're 60 or over and resigning, that counts as retiring and you keep the shares.

What about if you hand in a notice and work your notice, that means you're still not a good leaver?TrueBlueTerrier wrote:To make it clear resigning, unless retiring does not count as a "good leaver". You’re only a ‘good leaver’ if you are given IHR, EVR, VR or are over 60. Otherwise you have to wait until at least 3 years before you can sell them.Dozen wrote:What about if you hand in a notice and work your notice, that means you're still not a good leaver?TrueBlueTerrier wrote:To make it clear resigning, unless retiring does not count as a "good leaver".
