Vital information missing in new pension statements!

The new pension statement is getting worst. I think Royal Mail are omitting important information in the new look statement to stop people phoning up and querying their pension.

On mine the following details are missing or in other words left blank, WHY??

On my NRA 60 benefits, after annual pension:
- Plus Pension increase amount - MISSING

After basic lump sum amount:
- Less lump sum deductions - MISSING

After Basic annual pension for surviving spouse/civil partner:
- Plus pension increase amount - MISSING

Also in previous years (which is also missing now), the illustration showed:
- blocks' built up,
- how much you can take as a maximum amount and a lower pension option
- how much your pension pot was worth.

The pension illustrations are providing less and less information so people don't have it at hand to query anything. Very poor and not happy.

Totally agree looks like it was designed for a preschool child and lacking in information compared to the previous format!

Let's be honest a large portion of posties have no idea when it comes to pensions and anyone who did fully understood what was shown previously and I personally always liked the value of your pension benefits.. It made you see what a cracking investment it was
