Re: eligible
its unclear if there is another 1% coming to us making a total 12% given to staff and depending on the qualifying criteria you may or may not qualify. Ditto with the bad leaver distribution over the next 3 years.
However unless RM buy shares on the open market to give to staff its unlikely that anymore share issues will happen.

Re: eligible
I don’t think there’s anything particularly unclear about whether we’re getting any more shares – we are. It’s just a matter of when. http://www.myroyalmail.com/news/2015/10 ... l-shares-0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The last lot of shares we received(103 for full timers) had a qualifying period of 1st June – 5th October, so you had to be in paid RM employment during that time to receive them. I would assume we there would a similar period of time for this last 1%. Whether starting on 19th October would qualify you is unlikely in my opinion, it will all depend on how long the process takes. Although as TBT suggests, there may be further small allocations due to people leaving the business and having to relinquish their shares.

There is no shares left pal, they've all been shared out. You could buy some though.steveoooo1 wrote:Hi Started on the 19th of this month(oct)

When people signed up to SAYE they set aside a certain number of shares at the time. So they have already been accounted for.arnold cheshire wrote:That's interesting where do the save has you earn shares come from?TrueBlueTerrier wrote:its unclear if there is another 1% coming to us making a total 12% given to staff and depending on the qualifying criteria you may or may not qualify.
