Who's heard of ICAN Postal Service ?

I was searching for a Royal Mail service - trying to find out whether the introduction of MailMark would apply to MaxSort (PS9/PS0/PSC formerly International Destination Sort) and PrintDirect (MB1/MB2/MB3 a.k.a. M Bags).

In any case via Google I came upon a duplicate or near duplicate of parts of the Royal Mail Site called

Googling I can't find any references to this site outside of itself and related sites.

I think its a bogus site - if not its ripping off Royal Mails website

We ordered some goods in the USA for delivery to us in the USA which were never delivered. Purchased from a site called:

dailyoffersmall.com supposedly in the USA.

Payment to PayPal routed to Ukraine to Vlad Matciac

Supposedly shipped by ICANPS.com and they supplied routing number with some bogus info.

The problem is that it is all bogus and the online sites etc seem to be just fraudster fronts.

PayPal says the "goods" were delivered since the "tracking information" shows that!! LOL

New twist for me on getting taken online!!
