and it could be even more profitable in 3 years time or whatever. I would say keep the shares until tax free unless you need the money.

Well TNT were predicting 40% coverage of UK addresses for their letter delivery business by 2017 and look how that went down the pan.

I think there will have to be big changes in RM to keep the business profitable in the years to come, e.g. larger use of automation, scaling back the USO, merging delivery/collection into one working day.

Its already happening - 1 Pass automation, bench merging and collection on delivery. All either in, or being mentioned in official and public circles.

and if mail merge scheme overhaul for whole country it will means lot of saving to make then bigger profits for shareholders and dividends. So it might take 2 or 3 years to do it nationwide. (assuming it take that long)
