We still don't know any details about what has been offered. But from what has been in the press it seems that the 5.4% is only from 1 October, so would only be backdated from then. The £175 is apparently as compensation for loss of pay increase from 1 April to 1 October. As we don't know details we don't know if that would be pro-rata or given to everyone regardless of hours contracted, but as IWW says it is usually pro-rata. But we will know more tomorrow hopefully.
