Hi,
Can some please explain how the 28 days rule of having to be in contact with your Angard shift consultant operates i.e. is it you have to be in contact within the next 28 days of having last contatced your consultant or last work or is it from the date you got paid?
Thanks.

Spot on...nothingatthemoment wrote:Angard make up their own rules I have known people who have had no shifts for 2 months still get shifts. It is also Illegal for them to do this with AWR qualified (those that have completed 12 weeks) as there has to be a gap of 6 weeks. They have no concern about the welfare of their agency staff as their attitude is that they can always be replaced.
