Hello first post on here,
I am a Angard employee and was wondering if it is common policy for them to favour certain persons at the peterborough mail center. It is common knowledge to most working at the center that certain people get regular shifts, up to five a week while others who work equally hard get maybe one shift per week. We all have bills to pay so work should be shared equally among all. Certain people are told in private by shift managers to just turn up while the rest of us have to wait for calls or text messages, Angard office staff know of this but do nothing. if we just ring we are ignored or told we will not be booked in if we continue to ring.
Any thoughts and advice welcome.
Hannah

Re: Invisible
This is how far we have come in the race to the bottom, no seniority ,no job security, paying angard a percentage, so the directors of that agency on the make , not forgetting some of those directors resigned from Royal mail directorships for a position in Angard.

I doubt they resigned, Angard are part of the Royal mail group of companies. https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... And the public information available confirms this http://companycheck.co.uk/company/05770579" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; However, I am
happy to confirm that Angard is an in-house recruitment agency owned by Royal Mail
Group

Re: Invisible
Ok Point taken, They did not resign. But some of them were Royal Mail directors and now their with angard or were with angard.
Its all a bit insidious to me .
