Re: ihr and shares
Also log into your shareview webpage and read it through with a fine tooth comb, bear in mind you may be owed shares for recent allocation.
Youll be sent a letter within two to three weeks.
I sold mine and bought a car.
And a holiday
Personal choice tho.
Bear in mind if you are going to another job or on benefits what affect your liquid assets can have .
I.e tax rate, contribution or income based benefits etc.
In my case I was going onto ESA contributions based but will be on income based soon enough,so it made sense for me to use ihr to pay off all our debt, buy car,two holidays and a wedding as well as refurb the house. As at some point I'll be asked to provide proof of saving etc if I stay on benefits or go to college etc.
There are thresholds of savings on some of these.
Best advice is become a Google ninja and research as much as you can and discuss with your partner if u have one what the best way forward is.
Good luck
