When do we get 2014/15 pension statement?

Can anyone tell me when we receive our Pension Statements for 2014/15? Thanks.

I've had mine anywhere between June & October in previous years. There doesn't seem to be a set timetable. I know that the 2014/2015 statement is/has been redesigned but that's about as much as I know.

I had mine last week, and the new look is poor in my opinion.

I think a lot of people will be the same. Their stated aim was to make things easier to understand, but all they’ve done is set out the normal figures in a slightly different way without explaining what they actually mean.

They have shortened the statement but not made it easier to understand. They have omitted the previous years figures so it is now meaningless. They are claiming that my pension has grown by £5,557 but I just don't see it.

Perhaps it would be better to ask if anyone has not received them, certainly would have a lower capture rate.

People in our office got theirs about 3 weeks ago. Might be worth a call to pensions.

Was on holiday for a fortnight in September. Have not had mine yet. Chased a fortnight ago and told to leave it until first week of October - still not arrived by Monday this week so sent an email to helpline asking for a copy - no response as yet.

Took NRA 60 pension 3 months ago - told that figures were provisional and would be reviewed after 6-8 weeks. No review took place by then - chased up and told to wait 3 months by helpline and yet still nothing. Email sent covering both topics.

With a few notable exceptions, my experience of dealing with Pensions Department has been terrible and judging by the comments on here, understanding my statement may be a challenge !
