Found out Angard are recruiting over 100 new royal mail workers. For f@#k sake been there 18 months now and get 1 or 2 shifts every other week. Angard should be shut down and they should stop exploiting there freedom of shitting on high wage earners for low wage earners who after 12 weeks get same wage do less work and still don't now a dy from an st. When you complain you get ignored or surprise surprise an extra day or 2 comes your way. Everyone knows this goes on but still shite all is done. Sorry if I sound like a broken record but dickheads at Angard recruitment should be sacked themselves for using employees to pay for there holidays.

14.5 hours of Angard in 3 weeks. Same bloody s**t heads in getting days and nights and weekend work. And then there's people phoning managers up and getting in. F@#king joke, the worst part about it is these people don't work anywhere as hard as me and that's the god damn ugly truth. Bloody as kissers and knob jockeys. Angard are by far the worst agency I've ever worked for. I'm taking hours off you to give to them because they earn me more money than you. sickening.

11.5 hours in 3 weeks, if that makes you feel any better. Last week casuals were only in 2 days out of 5. Angard's policy is self-defeating. They send useless people without a clue what they are doing, so RM cut the hours because they aren't worth the trouble it takes to watch over them. So a york of letters gets pushed into the wrong lane and no-one spots it until long after the wagons have left. Easier to give overtime to regular staff than round up lost sheep.
