The Record date is the 4th of July, so as long as you are still in possession of them on that day then as I understand it you will be paid the dividend. If you are not you wont.

Re: shares and ill hlth rtrmnt
No I'll just fire in regardless lol
I'm selling them asap and not bothering about the dividend
I'll be happier once they are gone and feel that if I kept them for any length of time the value will either fall or extra conditions will be placed.
I've only got 600 odd so just want rid.
However I'm lucky in that I don't really need them.
Soz if I came across as serious in my post tb.

Once they are transffered to you as I understand it you become a normal shareholder not an employee shareholder, therefore they can't add any conditions to you shares without adding them to all shares.

Re: shares and ill hlth rtrmnt
By conditions I mean as per colleague shares, with the government holding 14% ?
And approx a year and a half left till the flood of staff shares hitting I'm liquidating asap.
But that's my stance I wouldn't recommend it for all.
if I hadn't got ihr and the lump sum involved and also another matter due for redress I'd probably hold them for a while.
