Red hot today, sapped me my p&l of energy and then at half past 2 rung us to see if we could finish off the other p&l :left:

Christmas levels of packets the past 2 days,95 attendance calls on Wednesday 80 today.(we have to count and log them).

Less parcels than yesterday but still quite a bit mail wise. Finished off with parcels overtime. Long hot and tiring day.

Usual, too much work and not enough time. Manager quoted low figures and said we should be ok.
Me and my partner didn't lapse and only took out tracked and specials, left 30 parcels on our p/l duty as ordered to be done on overtime.
I've better things to do after my finish time, do the job properly and it's one of the best unskilled jobs going.

Busy! Day off yesterday and nobody covered my walk. Arrived at office to find yesterday's mail/parcels still in the frame for me to deliver as well as today's. At least it wasn't raining!

Much more sensible today,had a lot of gaps but still a lot of packets but they have dropped off a bit over the last 2 days.Hopefully we will have a sensible Saturday but after a quiet Friday I am expecting the worst.

Very humid though after the early morning rain. :neutral:

its been an upside down week thats for sure.
