PSE has no effect on pensionable pay or the total level of contributions paid into your Royal Mail pension

If you take part in pension salary exchange (PSE) when it launches in late summer 2015, there will be no change to your pensionable pay.

PSE also does not involve any changes to the overall level of contributions made to your pension or to your Royal Mail pension benefits.

PSE is designed to avoid affecting your other Royal Mail benefits. We will work out all other pay-related benefits such as overtime, bonuses and sick pay before the PSE changes are made.

For more information on how PSE works, click here. For more answers to your popular questions, click here.

Note: We have the right to withdraw, suspend or amend PSE at any time.
