Joys of being a reserve!

Plopped onto a route I hadn't done before. Luckily helpful P&L partner and not too much mail meant we got done in a reasonable time.

6:30am start tomorrow though, council tax bill ageddon for the next few days!

Yay, as good as 100% call rate with Council Tax bills for almost every household.

Made cutting off the last third of my walk easily justifiable, still went over by 10mins which went on the o/t pressure sheet.

Ditto to the above posts, double the usual amount of mech due to council tax bills. Went waaay over. Third day in just over a week we've had a nearly 100% call rate.

Very easy. Was a spare part today, so a bit of indoor work, then out for a drive in the van (since I passed my assessment the other day) to deliver a spot of lapsing and a few of specials. Then back indoor to make up some D2Ds. :nana

A bit of a breeze on Saturday as it was very light on mail and packets, apart from Mothers Day items [flowers and gifts] we were expecting the local council to start putting out their annual "It's that time of year "reminder" to pay us S.H.1.Tloads of money" letters etc.
They've taken to doing this at weekends over the past few years, mind you they do use Whistl (TnT) so no doubt its them putting them into the system for the weekends?
No doubt we'll be swamped with these next week!

Decent day Saturday. They tried to get me to go to another office to do overtime, just as they had tried on Thursday. Not a chance. When that happens I smell a rat. Why wont the local staff do the walk?

Less D2D than typical week
No 30mins scheduled work time learning (since last summer)
Vastly reduced time on sorting (compared to planner's drug induced 318)
Locked up trolley, getting it back in sight within 10mins, for every possible loop
Signed out a couple of mins after my official finish time
Good job parcel workload was light

Best guess: Planner's 318 is at least ~75mins too big for the real workload of a Tuesday in 2015! :chuckle

Need my day off tomorrow, today was insane on flats and parcels, damn heavy! No choice but to cut off plenty, I didn't want to be out there until gone 4.
