12 week pay rise
Could somebody please tell me if the pay rise is actually for the 12th week. As we know, the 12th week pay would be paid at the end of the 13th week. So basically, what I am asking is, does the pay rise take affect on my 12th pay slip or my 13th? Thanks

Doesn't have to be consecutive, but your pay will only go up on the 13th week worked, which might not be the 13th week since you started.maggie wrote:Hi I have been today by Angard that to benefit from 12week pay rise we neded to have worked 12 consecutive weeks.Anybody know if this is true? Maggie

Cheers,
I've worked 18 weeks now( 9 consecutive then a gap of one week).I'le get in touch with Angard and ask why wage per hour didn't change.

Re: 12 week pay rise
hello maggie. no you do not have to work 12 consecutive weeks. just one shift in any one week counts as a "week" from week zero. once you have got the required amount of weeks (12) you are on "Parity pay". However you must not have a gap of more than six weeks between shifts. Even people who are on parity pay will go back to the lower rate if they have a gap between shifts of more than 6 weeks. By the way: you will be entitled to your "back pay" as well! cheers!!

Re: 12 week pay rise
Hey, basically you pay will go up when you've worked the 13th week, so that is the week your shifts should be at the higher rate. Doesn't have to be consecutive weeks, but no gap of more than 4 weeks i think, and 1 shift in a week counts as a week, even if its 4 hours etc.whylie wrote:can someone tell me do u get ur pay rise after u have 12 wage slips, which could take 24 weeks to get befor u get the pay rise tx
In regards to the confusion a lot of ppl face when trying to calculate it themselves, which i suggest as i wouldn't really trust angard.. best thing to do on the back of you're contract it says an email address to where you can state you want pay slips sent to your house, it is far easier to count when you've got the physical copy like i did a few months back. Hope this helps :)
