Hi everyone,
A mail has been sent on the 12/01/15 from Portugal to England, so that is 13 working days and the status on Royal Mail tracker didn't change and, for sure, I didn't receive anything yet. In Portugal they said that the letter had arrived at LANGLEY HWDC on 15/01/15.
Has it been lost or I have any chance to receive it ?
Here is what is written on the tracking service :
