Post by loubielou23 »

I have just opened an online business account and used it for the first time yesterday. This was great as I had lots of items, however what do I do if I have just 1 or 2 1st class envelopes to post. Do they have to be placed in a huge mail bag with the paperwork or is there an alternative or can I buy small postal sacks somewhere?

I will be grateful for any advice :)

It should explain it in the terms and conditions, however I would do as you intimate in your post till told otherwise. The reason being that the "Mail Bags" are a standard size and I don't believe that its possible to get any different size.

The reason is that when you, as we do, deal with 58,000,000 items per day, the systems works more efficiently with standard sizes and processes. :Very Happy

Ask for some letter trays - they make processing much less of a manual process too so they should jump at the chance.
