Posted an item out last week, and it has been delivered to the incorrect place.
23/01/15 07:04 DELIVERED23/01/15 STEVENAGE MAIL CENTRE
21/01/15 17:20 ACCEPTED AT POL 9/10 Chester Cou NW1 4BU
Wasn't meant to be going to Stevenage....
Any ideas?
Is this normal? RM are being usual, saying I have to wait 12 days....

is not where it was delivered - but which office did the delivery. As ZX135 suggest if its a big company/organisation then their items are delivered by Mail Centres, especially of they have arrange a specific time for delivery.
