International signed and tracked from UK to France

Hi everyone,

A mail has been sent on the 07/01/15 from England to France, so that is 13 working days and the status on Royal Mail tracker didn't change and, for sure, I didn't receive anything yet.

Has it been lost or I have any chance to receive it ?

Ok, so knowing that it has been 17 days, it's safe to say that my package is lost ? No ?

Try contacting customer services, they might be able to get HOME COUNTIES NORTH MC to search their locker incase the item is been misplaced. I can't remember what timeframe RM consider an item lost after but at the same time you could try and set in motion the "lost item" process
