Help International Parcel Hasn't Arrived

Hi. I have a parcel from China which has been scanned at Heathrow Worldwide DC on 12/01/15 13:17 as RECEIVED IN UK but has failed to turn up at my address. Normally it takes no longer than 2-3 days after it has been scanned at Heathrow to reach me. Recently it has taken 3 days but it use to be 1-2 days maximum. I have had other International post scanned after the 12th this month which has been delivered 3 days after it had been scanned at Heathrow.

There is long delays on items getting through customs, unfortunately can take upto a month

How come the majority of International post thats addressed to me gets through within a few days but this is held up. There should be no problem with the parcel. Its low value material. I'm worried

Somethings do get through quicker than others, but all we can advise is somethings can take upto a month, there is no way to speed it up or to find out exactly what's happening with your parcel at this moment as all customer services will do is advise to get sender to make a claim if it doesn't turn up within a few weeks

I'm really worried it wont turn up. This is the longest I have had to wait and continue to wait for a parcel.

This parcel has still not arrived. I have had 5 other parcels reach me all of them scanned after the 12th at HWDC. Is the only option left is to ask the sender to file for a lost parcel?

Basically yes, you could call your local delivery office as well as it may be sitting there waiting for you to pay a customs charge if so they should have delivered a card detailing the charge, as said it may take up to a month to clear customs so I would maybe wait a bit longer
