Which delivery method should I use?

I need to return a train ticket to a PO Box for a 15 pound refund. What is the best way to send it?

Is it possible to use special delivery or signed for if sending something to a PO Box? Are train tickets classed as a valuable item like money and not covered unless sent by special delivery? I'm reluctant to send it special delivery as the cost is not much less than the value of the item so should I just put it in the normal post and hope it arrives okay?

Yes, you can use Special Delivery for a P O Box but, given that that would cost over a third of its value, I would take something worth just £15 to a Post Office and get a 'Proof of Posting' while sending it for just 53p or 62p. :Very Happy
