Hi
I had a friend who I have received gift from before send me parcel from Brazil. Tracking says it arrived on I think the 10th but I've still not received it .
Is there a delay in customs or is here a problem like it gone missing or someone I'm getting a little worried I am not going to receive my gift.

Royal Mail says its a sign for parcel but the item is not yet available and come back later which I have done daily since the 10th. Can anyone help me?

It can take ages for an item to get through customs before it's passed on to RM for delivery, and even longer if the customs folk decide that there's a surcharge to pay.
Several months ago a fella I deliver to was waiting on a box of cigars from Brazil. 3 weeks later than he expected I delivered him a surcharge card with approaching £100 extra to pay thanks to customs!
I wouldn't get worried about it yet, just keep checking the tracking website regularly for updates.

Its been 13 days is there a way to do a more in depth search to see whats happening, im just worried that this item is lost i hope it not nothing from Brazil never takes this long normally.

No I would start an investigation/complain by contacting Customer Services 03457 740 740 they are open till 1pm on Saturdays.
