Not officially we are not part of Royal Mail, but if you give us a general idea we might be able to at least point you in the right direction.
We do have a few Call Centre staff on here (in their free time) that may help, the rest of us are mainly Posties but if someone can, I hope they will offer advice.

Yes, it is an online business account information that I am after.
I don't seem to have an account manager. I had a lovely person He disappeared one day. Then after a few months, I received an email from someone introducing herself. That was the last I heard from the account manager, because I was told that she left the job.
My friend seems to always have an account manager. I wonder why I don't have one anymore. By the way I am not a big business, I am a tiny one. I still liked having an account manager specially because the first one was so good.
