Hi

At 40 years of age I am getting IHR. I have been with RM for 10 years.

Will I be able to take my pension as a lump sum when I leave the company?

I 'think' it depends on how ill you are,and whether you would be able to work elsewhere after leaving.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
