Hi
Looking for some info please. If ATOS have made a recommendation for IHR with pension, can the work go against this? Would that mean getting payments straight away. Also, would you use the latest pension statement to work out any payments?
40 yrs old, 22yrs in the pension scheme.

It would be cheaper for RM to offer IHR with lump sum instead. If they do that get the union involved, get your own GP involved and fight your case as much as possible.
You would receive payments shortly after your official last day of service.
The pension statement you recieve is only really a guide as to how much you’d get, in practice the pension service centre would look at your entitlements on an individual basis.
