Stupid numbers of packets again today. In twenty years at RM I've never known a summer like this where packets haven't dropped off at all. Instead there seem to be more than ever.
What's Christmas going to be like!?

Yep knockons galore today and when the Lino said to us don't forget your lapse :left: we said think we'll struggle today to which he looked like us like we's shafted his wife up the rear and spouted some bollox about the length of time it should take

Pressured into taking it was the outcome as he said if you finish even 10mins before time you'll be going back out, p+l partner went slightly over to do it - I returned bang on time.

Knob.

Not too busy, apart from the 10 minute bit of lapsing, which, unfortunately was a mile away from the end of my route..... Took me longer to walk to the lapsing bit, than actually deliver it!

Why walk then, or do you use a HCT?

Used a RM Golf Trolley...2nd time ever. Little to no instructions, no WTL teachings, nothing. 30 sec demo. Don't know how Lee Travino and Tony Jacklin managed it.
Totally useless...

Asked, "So, how do I ensure the bags are secure then, if I'm delivering up to doorways, inside businesses?"
PSEUDO MANAGER..."You keep it within eyesight."

Erm, I seem to be looking forward when I walk, NOT behind me. And my X-Ray vision isn't wot it used to be either. Funny that...What am I doing wrong?
