Has Royal Mail released any official publication as to their use by staff when working on/in Royal Mail property

No!

I raised the need for a Policy and Guidance on this subject a few years ago as I was expecting a future spike in their use in the work place. Rest assured that Royal Mail will rush some ill thought out, easily misinterpreted rubbish when forced to do so through circumstance.

After smoking for 30 years i just stopped, no patches, nothing. I am not saying it was easy but the real fear is in your mind. You get rid of the chemical addiction after a few days

Will power and determination, imagine the boss of the brand of fags you smoke driving a top of the range car, taking expensive holidays paid for by your addiction, then imagine him getting more and more desperate as you give up the fags, his car being repossessed and his holidays stopping because he no longer gets your money.Your mind is your strongest weapon, use it.
