POL and Scottish Independence

With only a few weeks to go before the referendum POL remain very quiet about their proposals should the unlikely happen and Scots vote for freeeeeeedooooommm!

Surprising then that not only does the Postal Services Act prevent POL from operating in an independent Scotland but their own Articles of Association do too.

You would think that they would have made some comment about their plans in their annual report.

The Jedi have seen a copy of a document in the hands of the Scottish Government outlining their (Scottish Gov) proposed solution. It doesn't involve POL, requires no subsidy for the network and will see individual postmasters income increasing. The economics of the proposal make perfect sense to me at least.
