Good luck, it's normally a series of " Give an example of when you have been in this type of scenario and how did you deal with it ? " type questions. Have a look through previous threads on the Introduction board for more details.

Had my interview last week and still not heard anything. Does anyone know if Royal Mail will let me know if I did not get the job? Thanks

Have you logged back into the application website to see of there is any update there?

Be patient, sadly it's a long drawn out process, as fb says check your online application status as that tends to update before you get an email or phone call from the recruitment team and yes I believe they will tell you if you didn't get the gig.
