anybody having any problems with wearing these for over 5 hours on delivery walking and then when i take them off i can hardly walk without limping not been able to walk down the stairs and and its a surging pain in the pallet of my right foot only been wearing them for over 6 weeks now.

Yes!! My feet were in bits, worst shoes in over 15 years at RM. I called up and ordered the YDS ones instead but after 4 weeks I am still having to wear football socks with them everyday. I think it might be something to do with the fact that the shoes are so they claim waterproof and they don`t let your feet breath??

The whole point of goretex is it lets your feet breath, while keeping rain out. Then again this is RM, so have gone for the cheapest possible, I have a pair of goretex shoes, they are great and comfy from day one.

Cant wear mine either. We are regularly walking 8 miles a day so a decent pair of shoes is a must. I think that Royal Mail are asking for too hard-wearing soles which is compromising comfort.

Just had 1st pair of Anvil gortex trainers, been trying to break them in for 2 weeks. After 2 to 3 hours almost unable to walk. Does this constitute an industrial injury!

Wear with thin "coolmax" sports/running socks and your feet will keep dry in the YDS shoes 99% of the time.
