If i leave royal mail what will happen to any money I have paid in to the pension scheme ?

If you've been with RM for 3 years you will be in the defined contribution scheme. You can therefore leave it invested or transfer it to another pension scheme.

If you're leaving RM you won't need to to do anything because your payments into the pension will stop automatically. If you just want to opt out of the scheme, then the details are on the link I gave in my earlier post.
