managers forcing staff to stay behind birmingham
what can angard people do when managers force people to stay behind for extra 15 minutes without pay and telling us that we cant work again if we leave

No manager can "force" you to do anything. They can ask if you can stay longer, but it's up to the individual if they choose to stay or not.

I believe the Angard temps aren't CWU members but it might be worth having a word with the CWU Branch Rep in the mc, because if they are expecting temps to stay on unpaid, it won't be long before they will be asking ft staff to stay after finishing time too.
Acxcording to the Mount Pleasant Workers Fight Bulletin published on here that is already happening at Mount Pleasant mc.

Explain what happened to a different manager (preferably one you get along with) then next time you sign in add 15 minutes to your hours worked part and get him/her to sign it off, also find out who the union rep is and tell them, they will probably still have a word even if you are not a member.
