According to our whizzzy RMTV, the letters will be sent out in May. Dunno why May - doubtless HQ have something more important to do - like a paperclip audit :whistle

112 shares divided by 39 x contract hours.

However, you will probably get more as it will be based on hours worked between 10 July 2013 and 13 October 2013.

Or if you remember how many shares you got last time then the maths is more accurate but complicated

shares you received last time - divided by 613 = should give you a figure under 1. Multiply 112 by this result.

ie

545 shares last time

99 This time.

Of course this is unofficial and may be wrong - wait till you see it on paper before you bank on it.

1. the letters are sent by Equiniti, the trustees of the scheme. CWU and RM do not have any involvement in correspondence
2. asking for the letters asap is akin to buying nappies the day after a positive pregnancy test... nothing is going to happen for ages, so what's the rush ?

As a note to the original poster... if you registered your free shares online, you can log in to your account at http://www.shareview.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and you will see the updated number of shares you now hold, including the recent allocation.
Dunno how long the new allocation has been reflected on the online version, but it is there now. I am full-time, and it shows my SIP 'holding' as 729 shares

Ive got 729 total shares. Other Fters in my office too. Isnt it supposed to be 750 shares per employee pro-rata?

Anyone know why the shortfall? And what to do about it?

I've got 729. Plus I bought 2 lots though my broker and through Equiniti.
