Is it just me or do all Postmen like to moan? If some of you had to do a proper job then you might get tired! Easiest job I've ever done after I leave the moaning T**ts in the DO.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
To be honest - I don't post in this thread very often because I thought it was only for complaining and generally speaking I,
a) get an average of 3 dtd's
b) turn down lapsing three days a week
c) go a little over my time three times a week
d) book my holidays twelve months in advance and get what I asked for
e) ache at the end of a duty but feel as though I've done a good job
f) work in an office with sensible managers and a selection of daft amusing and hardworking postie's
g) have a great vanshare partner who pulls his weight and is good company
h) cope with whatever the weather throws at me because I live on a planet that does that
Now you know why I am not in this thread very often

Yes like moaning about seniority (which is the vast majority of your posts) even when you had the wrong information.
Anyway if Jesus's disciples complained (John 6:61) why aren't postmen allowed to. Or perhaps you equate yourself as higher than the rest of us.

Not too difficult and the sun was shining brightly. Went home feeling quite relaxed, which was nice for a change.

Felt quite chilly after that heat wave last week. Mail was ok, just a average day I guess.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
today our office starburst 3 walks ...everybody moaned.
3 columns each per van and still done by half 1 (finish time 240)
I don't want extra work but when its that light I cant see the complaints

Just pulling a trolley about in a new area, but did you deliver anything? You don't say if you did or not...
