It'll only be free for a while, once they get people used to it then the charges will start.

There is no doubt that there will be changes in the way that customers receive and despatch their mail and whilst there will IMO always be a place for a traditional postal system I do expect some shifting of market share to other methods. RM needs to lead innovation and development rather than wait for competitors to undermine their market share.

We could use the local post office for lockers but let say we need say 250 lockers for every say 20,000 people. Would there be room for it.
